Get an overview of your users and the status of their account.
On the Manage users page you get an overview of all the users of your organization. You get
to the list via Admin →
Access management → Users. In the list you can take a look at a lot of
information of your users (email, last login, profile, visibility filter,…) and you can edit
or delete the user account.
Invite & activate a userIf you invited users to the platform you can also
follow up the status of their account in the column Status and the column Email status.Figure 1. User list

Pending
Invitation is sent but the user has not activated her account yet.
Active
Invitation is sent and the user has acitivated her account.
Locked
The user doesn't have access to the platform anymore.
Invitation expired
The user didn't accept the account invite (30 days after the email was sent).
If the invitation is expired the user cannot accept the invitation anymore but the
sender can resent the invitation email.
EMAIL STATUS
Not verified
The email address for this user is not verified. Admin users can verify this
email address by editing the user and click the verify link.
Bounced
This email address bounces Sensolus emails. Emails are no longer sent to this
email address. Admin users can enable sending mails to this user by editing the
profile and clicking the link.
