Organization diagnostics: subscriptions by state

Possible communication subscription states are:

Ready: the subscription of the tracker hasn't started yet. It will start either after a fixed period of time, or when the tracker sends a first message.
Active: the tracker currently has an active and valid subscription. It is allowed to send data to the platform.
Created
Expired: the tracker's subscription is no longer valid. This means that the tracker cannot send data to the platform. A new subscription needs to be acquired for this tracker to continue using the service.
Terminated
